ULift Pre-Workout powder delivers a revolutionary blend of ingredients that provide the ultimate pump for an intense workout and lean muscle gains, in and out of the gym. Agmatine Sulfate, L- Arginine and L- Citrulline work together to reduce lactic acid and ammonia buildup during exercise and increase nitrogen production, while creatine monohydrate boosts strength and muscle gains by supporting protein synthesis for increased muscle volume, muscle fiber size and cell volume. In addition, dimethylglycine enhances oxygen uptake by opening blood cells to improve the body's use of oxygen during workouts. The result is accelerated energy levels, more muscle gain, reduced fatigue and improved recovery time. This unique combination will put your body into adrenaline overdrive, allowing you to achieve your best performance yet.

Are There Any Ingredients For Pump?

Liftag ULift
ULift’s formula combines the amino acids citrulline, arginine and agmatine. These function as vasodilators, increasing nitric oxide production and enhancing blood flow for better oxygen and nutrient delivery, and muscle pumps.

Other Performance Boosting Ingredients

Another basic pre-workout ingredient you’re going to find in here is beta alanine. Beta alanine delays muscle fatigue by saturating muscles with carnosine. This acts as a lactic acid buffer and reduces the time it takes to feel the burning sensation in muscles.

There’s also taurine and glutamine to help boost protein synthesis and support better muscle growth and recovery.

Is The Formula Effectively Dosed?

Unfortunately, there are a few ingredients ─ creatine, beta alanine, and glutamine, which are woefully underdosed.

To get the most out of creatine, research suggests supplementing with 3-5 g a day to optimize its performance enhancing effects.[1] Each serving of Ulift only gives you 2 g of creatine monohydrate per serving.

The same goes for beta alanine which should be dosed at 4-6 g for best results, and glutamine which should be dosed at 5 g in order to effectively alleviate delayed onset muscle soreness.

What’s The Best Way To Take ULift?

Liftag Ulift
Taking 2 scoops actually made this a pretty solid pre-workout. An extra scoop kicks up the agmatine to over a gram, which gave me a great pump throughout my workout. I’m also not very sensitive to stimulants, so the additional caffeine was greatly appreciated.

Be prepared to feel a tingling sensation from the beta alanine. This is completely normal, and will go away on its own after a few minutes. However, some people absolutely hate the feeling and steer clear of beta alanine supplements completely.
